Recent Makeup Favourites

Time for a mini July makeup favourites post, so here are a few of my favourite things (if i can get a musical, television series or film reference in anywhere, i will make it happen). These are the makeup products I have been loving over the past couple of months, as well as some repurchased favourites. So without further ado... Let us review and share the makeup love!
Charlotte Tilbury Lip Cheat Re-Shape & Re-Size Lip Liner
First up we have the much talked about and highly loved Charlotte Tilbury lip liner. I had been wanting to try out Charlotte Tilbury lip products for a while but could never decide on one product. That was until I seemed to hear the words "Charlotte Tilbury" and "pillow talk" mentioned in a large percent of the monthly favourites and makeup hauls I was watching. I'm so glad I listened. This is hands down one of the best lip products I own (not that I own that many - but still, its amazing). It is a lovely, your-lips-but-better shade. I'm gonna be honest, when I first started using the lip liner I was a bit of a lip liner noob, which resulted in me looking like a Kylie Jenner lip look gone horribly wrong. Once I (somewhat) got a hang of the technique, I have been using it constantly. It really does make a subtle yet wonderful difference and I would highly recommend it for anyone venturing into the world of lip liners for the time or anyone!
The Original Tangle Teezer
This has been a favourite of mine for a very long time and it is completely worth the hype. I had heard loads about the tangle teezers but never really thought to buy one. First of all, can we all just take a short moment to appreciate that the website specifically lists this tangle teezer as "panther black" - its the little things that count... This is simply a great, little sea creature looking creation. It really does (as the name promises) sort out tangled hair, no problem!
Benefit Cosmetics Roller Lash Mascara
I have and always will love Benefit Cosmetics. Forever and always. The new Roller Lash mascara is no exception - the packaging is cute and the brush creates the most amazing fake and fabulous looking eye lashes. You don't even need to curl your lashes, this babe of a product does it for you! For anyone who loved the They're Real mascara, this is for you. I cannot recommend it enough!
Staying on the Benefit theme is my holy grail eye brow product - the Gimme Brow: brow-volumizing gel. Since I first came across this glorious product, the brush has been redesigned and it is so much better now! This brow product is perfect because it can be used lightly, for everyday or it can be built up to get that bold brow look (forever pining and lusting for Cara Delevingne brows). I use the medium/deep shade because I personally prefer darker eye brows, but there are also lighter shades available.
Now it is time for some liquid eye liner love. I have always been one for the pen styled liquid liner and the MAC Penultimate Liquid Eye Liner is exactly that. There are different styles of liquid liner products but I find the pen gives the sleekest and most precise result. The pigment is strong and long lasting - overall, a great liquid eye liner.

NARS Sheer Glow Foundation
This wonderful beauty product was one of my 21st birthday presents and one of the best, if not the best, foundations I have ever used. A few months before my birthday I was lucky enough to get my hands on a couple of testers, and I was hooked. Again, this is a makeup product that I have heard various beauty bloggers and YouTubers talk about and again, it is more that worth the hype. It has a stunning, build-able coverage which feels light on the skin (I use the shade Fiji). You really don't need to use all that much product to get a flawless, glowing finish - so the product lasts for a long time!
